No matter what your reason is for contacting us, your first visit to Envision Wellness will be about getting to know us and a chance for us to get to know you! After your initial call, we will email you your necessary paperwork along with your appointment information. We prefer you to print this off, fill it out in the privacy of your own home, and bring it with you on your first appointment. If you aren't able to do that, that's ok, we can have you come in a few minutes early to complete this task.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed and taken on a small office tour so we can show you all areas of our office. Depending on what you are visiting us for, most patients will see the doctor and she will perform a comprehensive consultation, evaluation and exam to learn more about the cause of your problem. On your followup visit, we will discuss your results and if we can help you. We will also work together and discuss what we feel is the best plan of action for you. Any treatment, expectations and financials on also be discussed at this visit. We are here to help you get out of pain and treat the cause of your problem. We will also discuss any other lifestyle improvements that may help you with your goals. Our staff is here to help you every step of the way.
